Terms and Conditions for Hand-Crafted & Customised Event Invitations
1. Inviting Occasions requires between 5 and 30 working days to complete an order, depending on its size, complexity and on product stock.
2. Inviting Occasions will endeavour to complete each order in an appropriate time frame.
3. Inviting Occasions will issue the Client with a proof of their order either in digital format or hardcopy. Changes may be made to the proof free of charge at this stage, in which case the Client will be issued with a new proof.
4. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all names, addresses and printed wording is correct and free of errors at the time of signing a Commencement of Work.
5. Once the Client is happy with the proof and has given written consent to proceed, no further changes may be made free of charge. Further changes at this stage will incur a fee appropriate to the amount of work involved.
6. A 50% deposit must be made prior to Inviting Occasions commencing work on any order.
7. Payment in full is due upon delivery of the Client’s completed order. Should payment not be made, Inviting Occasions reserves the right to withhold the order until payment has been received.
8. If the order is not delivered in time for the event it was intended due to lack of payment by the Client, the Client is still obliged to pay the order in full.
9. Payments to Inviting Occasions must be made in Australian Dollars and will be accepted either in cash, via direct bank deposit, via Credit Card (through PayPal) or via PayPal account. Please note online transactions via Credit Card or Paypal incur a 2.5% surcharge to cover administration costs. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
10. As each order is custom made, refunds are not given unless the fault is found to lie with Inviting Occasions, for example a typographical error. If this is found to be the case, Inviting Occasions will offer the Client the option of; (1) a refund for the product, or (2) a replacement product as similar as possible to the original product.
11. All designs and creations remain the intellectual property of Linda Liebe and Inviting Occasions. Copyright applies to all works designed and created by Inviting Occasions, including printed artwork, online designs and digital products. Permission in writing must be given by Inviting Occasions prior to reproduction of any product.
